Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Click on the "Service" information page and enter your "confirmation number" into the dialog box and click "go". The status of the order you wish to view should appear. If for any reason you do not receive the requested information, please contact us at customer_service@hillcountrydistribution.com and we will respond within one business day.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice before confirming your order.
